FILE TRANSFERS
Due to the fact that most big prints require large file sizes, the most common way is for
you to send us a disk (zip, cd-rom, floppy, etc) via traditional mail or overnight courier. Small files (less
than 5 megs) can be attached to emails. However, with fast internet connections becoming more affordable and
accessible, large files can be sent to us through the internet via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). We also have
a File Upload Utility which will let you send a file to us right from our website!
Before sending any files please compress the file using Aladdin's
Stuff-it for Macintosh files or WinZip for PC files.
FTP
FTP can be done with traditional FTP programs like WS-FTP and Fetch which can be downloaded
free from shareware websites (ie. www.download.com). Another way to FTP files is to use your browser such as
Internet Explorer. (Netscape FTP service is incompatible with our FTP server. Please use our File
Upload Utility.)

NOTE: if you click on the above link to open up an IE browser window, you may see a "Page
cannot be dispayed" notice; please hit the refresh button to switch IE into FTP mode. If you see
a login window, please enter username of "anonymous" and your email address for the password. This
will put you into our anonymous FTP account. If you continue to experience problems connecting, please
use our File Upload Utility described below.
Our clients also can enjoy the use of private password-protected directories especially
for work done on a regular basis. Call us at 1-866-365-5205 for more details.
Please be sure to call, email or fax over pertinent information about your file. Make sure
you include your filename in your correspondence for us to match files.

File Upload Utility
Quick, easy, convenient!
If you do not have a broadband connection, we recommend that files over 15MB in size be
sent via FTP as described above. However, we can accept files up to 50MB through our File Upload Utility. Email
messages will be sent to your specified email address and to our Art Department about your file submittal.
Note: Please be patient with the upload utility, especially when sending very large
files. The page will change when the upload is done.
