DigitalXL uses high quality vinyl wall covering with UV protected inks.
Our vinyl surface won’t expand and is shipped in panels to ensure a simple, quality installation.

Your original image must be very high quality and of high resolution. We require an image of at least 250 - 300 dpi (dots per inch). This can include a good quality 35mm negative. Your original can be sent as a paper/photo version, negative film, or on a CD-ROM. We prefer working with a CD file.

Your original image should be a minimum of 8 x 12 inches for best results.

Your finished custom wall mural will only look as good as your original image.

We can't create custom murals from calendar images, magazine images, or any pictures or images with copyrights - unless you have received permission from the artist or publisher.

The charge to create a custom wall mural is $7.00 per square foot - finished size.

Our design department will create a proof of a finished custom mural for you. We will then send this image to you as a pdf via e-mail for your review and approval. A valid e-mail address is critical in order to send this proof to you.

All items/artwork will be returned to the customer when the mural is shipped. Custom murals are printed on fabric-backed vinyl. We recommend using a clear, strippable, ready-mix adhesive, such as Golden Harvest GH-34.
